Questions we hear a lot.
Do I need to know any code?
Not at all. You pick a template, write your words and upload photos from your browser; the site builds itself.
Is the site in Arabic and English?
Yes. Every page has an Arabic and an English version, and you write the text for each.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on plans that include “Your own domain”. Until you connect it, your site runs at yourname.gotowedding.io.
Do couples need an account?
No. They open the gallery link straight from their phone. If you like, add a password or a download PIN.
What quality do couples download?
The original files exactly as you delivered them, high resolution for print, or web size for phones and social media. One photo at a time, or the whole wedding at once.
Can I change templates later?
Any time, without losing anything: your photos, text and settings stay as they are.
What language is the studio in?
The studio (your dashboard) is in English and very simple. Your website and client galleries are in Arabic and English.
Who owns the photos?
You do. We only host them so they can be shown and delivered to your couples.
What happens after the free months?
Your website closes to visitors and says it opens soon until you subscribe; all your work stays in your studio. Subscribe and it opens again at once.
How do I pay?
Plans are yearly. Once you have an account, we send your invoice and the ways to pay, and your website goes live when the payment arrives.
